Two common injuries associated with over use of the elbow and connective soft tissue are "tennis elbow" and "golfers elbow". These injuries are generally accompanied by inflammation of the tendons and muscles around the elbow normally caused by unaccustomed, excessive and repetitive activities. If pain is felt on the outer side of the elbow, the condition is commonly called "tennis elbow". If the pain is occurs on the inner side of the elbow, it is referred to as "golfers elbow".

Treatment for these conditions are rest, cold therapy (cryotherapy) and elevation every three hours for approximately 20-25 minutes until pain or swelling subsides.

Effective products to manage tennis or golfers elbow are cryotherapy cold packs, universal size tennis elbow compression strap w/pad, and BioFreeze™, a topical anti-inflammatory ointment to relieve injured or over exercised soft tissue.
