Knee Extension

Sit in the chair with tube tied to back leg.  Slip ankle through the Assist device and extend the knee until it is straight.  Make sure to keep your thigh on the chair throughout the exercise.  Slowly return to start position and repeat.

Ankle Dorsiflexion

Loop the Assist device around your toe and secure the door anchor near the bottom of the door.  With the involved foot, keep the heel on the floor and pull the toes up toward your knee.

Ankle Inversion/Eversion

Standing with side towards the door, loop the Assist device around the foot closest to the door, keep the heel on the floor and knee pointed toward and pull your toes toward the opposite foot.  Do not rotate knee.  Return to starting position and repeat.  Then loop the Assist device around the foot furthest from the door, keep the heel on the floor and knee pointed forward and pull your toes away from the opposite foot.  Do not rotate knee.  Loop the Assist device around the foot closest tot he door, keep the heel on the floor and pull your toes toward the opposite foot

Hip Abduction

Place Assist device around your ankle furthest from the door.  Slowly kick away from the door and return to the start position.  Stand tall.  Do not lean in the opposite direction.  Repeat.
