Hip Adduction

Place Assist device around your ankle closest to the door.  Slowly kick away from the door and return to start position.  Stand tall.  Do not lean in the opposite direction.  Repeat.

Hip Flexion

Place the Assist device around your ankle.  Stand with back to door, slowly kick away from the door and return to start position.  Stand tall.  Do not lean in the opposite direction.  Repeat.

Hip Extension

Place the Assist device around your ankle.  Facing the door, slowly kick away from the door and return to start position.  Stand tall.  Do not lean in the opposite direction.  Repeat.

Hamstring Curls

Place the Assist device around your ankle.  Facing the door, slowly raise your heel toward your buttock and return to start position.  Repeat.  You may need to balance yourself against a chair or some other object.
