Upper Body Exercises - Page 2

Tricep
Extension
Load the door anchor to one end
of the band and a handle to the other end. Secure the door
anchor near the top of the door. Facing away from the
door, grasp exercise handle with involved hand at shoulder level
with palm facing up and elbow bent. Keep the upper arm parallel
to the floor. Slowly return to start position and repeat. |

Lat Pull Downs
Place the door anchor
in the middle of the band with the handles on either end.
Secure the door anchor at the top of the door. Facing
door, grasp both handles with palms facing down. Pull away
form the door bringing hands toward your shoulders. Return
slowly to start position and repeat. |

Flies
Facing away from the
door, start with your arms at shoulder level and parallel to the
ground, with palms facing front. Keep the arms straight
and bring your hands together in front of you. Slowly
return to start position and repeat. |

Bench Press
Secure the door
anchor at chest level. Facing away from the door, start
with thumbs in the armpit and extend away from your body.
Slowly return to starting position and repeat. |
