Thera-Band Upper Body Exercises - Page 4

Bent Rows

Stand on the band and grasp handle.  Bend forward and place opposite hand on a stool or chair.  Slowly pull up as if starting a lawn mower.  Keep your back straight.  Slowly return to the start position and repeat.  Switch sides.

Wrist Curls

Sit in a chair and place one end of exercise band on floor, with foot on top.  With right hand, grip handle attached to other end with palm facing up.  Curl hand towards your body.  Slowly return to start position and repeat.

Wrist Extension

Sit in a chair and place one end of exercise band on floor, with foot on top.  With right hand, grip handle attached to other end with palm facing down.  Bring back of hand toward body.  Slowly return to start position and repeat.

Supination

Start with your palm facing the floor.  Turn your hand over so it is pointing toward the ceiling.  Keep your forearm on your thigh throughout the exercise.  Slowly return to start position and repeat
