All products will be
shipped United Parcel Service (UPS). In our effort to keep
shipping costs down for all of our customers, we charge a flat
fee of $7.00 for Standard shipping and $25.00 for Express
shipping. Express orders will be sent UPS 2nd Day Air.
Orders which exceed 10 lbs. will be subject to additional
shipping charges. Individual items normally weight under 2lb.
You will be notified by e-mail should any additional shipping
charges be necessary prior to shipment.
If you would like your order shipped Overnight, please include
those instructions in the "Notes" section of your
order form. You will have the opportunity to add the note when
entering your billing and shipping address information.
We
do not ship outside the continental United States.

ORDERING
On-Line ordering from SPORT MEDICINE U.S.A. is as easy as 1-2-3.
1. Select the product you wish to order. If optional sizes or
styles are available, select the particulars from the "Add To Cart" button.
2. Your shopping cart with the product selected will appear. You
can continue shopping by clicking on the "Continue
Shopping" button. You will be returned to the product you
just ordered. (You can view your shopping cart at any time by
clicking on the "View Cart" button provided throughout
the site.) To delete an individual item from your shopping cart,
select "0" from the Quantity drop down box. The item
will disappear from your shopping cart. To delete all items from
your shopping cart, click on the blue highlighted text
"Delete All Items". To increase the quantity of any
product you wish to order, select the appropriate number from
the Quantity drop down box. When you are ready to place the
order, click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping
cart page. (You must be in the shopping cart page to
Checkout...click on the View Cart button at any time in the
site.)
3. Enter your personal information in the boxes provided. When
complete, click on the "Submit Order" button.

RETURN POLICY
We strive to keep our customers satisfied by offering quality
products, professional service and competitive pricing. Our
return policy is consistent in maintaining the best value and
highest service level for all of our customers. If the
merchandise you received is defective or not as you ordered,
please contact our customer service staff for quick resolution.
All other returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The guidelines below must be followed in order to receive any
credit:
We reserve the right to make all determinations regarding the
condition of returned merchandise. ALL RETURNS MUST BE
ACCOMPANIED BY A COPY OF YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT CAME WITH
YOUR ORDER.
Product must be in new, resalable, unmarked condition and in
original packaging.
Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date. To
ensure prompt return processing, please attach A COPY OF YOUR
ORIGINAL RECEIPT THAT CAME WITH YOUR ORDER to the return. Refunds will
be for merchandise value only. Please allow three to four weeks
for return processing.
